Quality Policies
We seek to minimize customer complaints while producing and delivering the highest quality automotive tubes to our clients.
We implementing comprehensive quality management to prevent complaints, and providing the highest quality products to enhance our company and boost customer satisfaction by analyzing customer needs.

QA target
- Only butyl rubber tubes manufactured and sold by DN AUTOMOTIVE have a quality assurance system and comply with the Consumer Protection Act abroad.
- All products due to manufacturing errors can be compensated and exchanged within the warranty period, and the compensation for defective products due to user error or negligence may be limited.

- When using tubes with different uses and specifications
- Abnormal growth caused by fever
- Tube partially treated for damage
Customer Obligations
- In order to implement the Quality Assurance System, customers must comply with the following obligations.
- When requesting product compensation, you must provide the defected products to the dealer or our sales representative, and provide the period of use, purpose of use, how the problem occurred, and installation environment.
Cautions when handling the product
- Store products in a box and keep it in a place where it is not exposed to direct sunlight. Do not use sharp tools such as knives and hooks when handling the product box.
- When installing the product, check and clean the flap and the inside of the tire.
- Please handle with care to avoid damaging the product when opening the package with sharp tools such as knives.
- It is forbidden to use for other than the tire size indicated on the product and box.

- The Tube & Rubber Business Division(hereinafter referred to as the Company) identifies the needs, regulations, and characteristics of customers in order to produce and deliver the world's best CMB to them.
- By engaging in production and all other quality-related activities conducted by the company, we establish and implement the following quality policies to deliver products and services that meet customer requirements and expectations.
- In order to effectively promote our quality policy and continuously enhance customer satisfaction and quality performance, we establish and implement an effective quality management system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
- Quality management agents must communicate to all executives and employees the significance of adhering to this quality policy, legal obligations, and any other requirements established by the organization. Additionally, they should ensure customer satisfaction through adequate training and clear postings.
